Established in 2012, Blacktown Foot Clinic is a private podiatry practice that provides general foot care for all ages. We believe an accurate diagnosis coupled with treatment for not just the symptom, but the cause, is imperative to managing a foot problem, and we will go out of our way to achieve this. We guarantee we will have available appointments within a reasonable waiting period, so you don't have to suffer for weeks.

Edwin has worked in private practice for over 10 years, including at Burwood Foot Clinic and Eastbrooke Medical Centre Blacktown. He especially enjoys the challenge of general podiatry and every unique patient. He cares about helping his patients and doing all he can to optimise their mobility and maximise their quality of life by providing high quality health care.

Edwin is keen to bring a comprehensive approach to patient management and advice, he works diligently in collaboration with his patients to achieve best outcomes. His areas of interest include general podiatry, nail care and biomechanics. He is bilingual in English and Cantonese.

Michael has worked as a podiatrist in private practice for many years and enjoys all aspects of podiatry. He has a keen interest in general podiatry treatments where there is an opportunity to chat with patients. He derives satisfaction from dispelling the sometimes held misbelief that podiatry treatments are painful and strives to achieve a comfortable and satisfactory outcome for his patients.

Do I need a referral?
No, you don't need a referral to see our podiatrists. We accept private health insurance claims. If your appointment is an emergency, please let us know.
What should I do at first appointment?
Please bring any relevant:
  • Medical History
  • Medications list
  • Comfortable everyday shoes that you wear regularly
  • Health insurance and Medicare cards
We ask that you:
  • Wear loose-fitting pants that can be rolled up
  • Remove nail polish or shellac from nails
Do you accept workers or motor vehicle accident compensation patients?
Yes, however you must have both a referral from your GP and a letter from the insurance company that authorises an initial consultation and medical report.
Do you provide home visits?
We do not have a home visit service at this point in time.
Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is a wheelchair ramp accessible into the building from the disabled parking spaces on David Lane.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is street parking available outside our clinic in David Lane and Main Street. Additional parking can be found in Westpoint Shopping Centre nearby.
Do you sterilise your instruments?
We sterilise all our instruments according to National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).

Free 1-hour parking (18 + 2 disabled spaces) on David Lane. Westpoint offers 3-hour parking (4 with pensioner card).
